Non-Member Code of Conduct and Reviews

At Bond Townhouse, we take pride in the unique community spirit we’ve cultivated over the years among our style-minded members. While our house is primarily reserved for members, we welcome non-members as long as they uphold the core values, ethics, and principles that Bond Townhouse was built upon.

We carefully monitor the behavior of  “non-members” towards  our property, other members, guests, and management. If any actions are found to be inconsistent with our values, an initial warning will be issued.

Examples of such behaviors include excessive noise, disrupting the peace of other guests, bringing unauthorized visitors, making false claims (e.g., regarding missing packages or deliveries), or attempting to exploit minor inconveniences for refunds. Should this behavior continue, Bond Townhouse reserves the right to terminate your stay at its discretion, with a prorated refund. These decisions are final and not open to appeal.

To safeguard our community and future guests, we also reserve the right to publicly review your stay, similar to platforms like Airbnb. Our review will be posted on the Bond Townhouse LinkedIn page, tagging your name and LinkedIn profile.
